OUR "BILL OF RIGHTS" GUARANTEE: 1. Your frames are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any frame that is damaged or broken due to a manufacturer’s defect at no charge to you. If your frame is damaged or broken for any reason other than a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the frame (or parts) at half the regular price within the warranty period. This does not include discounted or budget frames. Titanium frames are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. 2. A scratch resistant coating offers exceptional protection for plastic, polycarbonate, high-index, and transition lens materials. However, scratch resistant does not mean scratch proof. We offer to remake your lenses (same prescription and material) for one-half the original price within 1 year from the date of purchase if they become scratched or damaged. 3. An Anti-Reflective coating provides significant visual and cosmetic benefits. Your satisfaction with this coating is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you do not enjoy the benefits of the A/R coating, we will remove it from your lenses at no additional charge. If the A/R coating becomes scratched or damaged, we will remake your lenses (same prescription and material) for one-half the original price within 1 year from the date of purchase. 4. Your transition lenses are guaranteed for comfort for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your transition lenses, we will replace them with the same style lens in either clear or tinted plastic, or photochromic glass at no additional charge. 5. Shatterproof glass lenses can break but will not shatter. If your shatterproof glass lenses break within 1 year from the date of purchase, we will replace them (same prescription and material) for one-half price. 6. Your satisfaction is guaranteed with either high index or aspheric lenses. If you decide within 60 days from the date of purchase that you are not pleased with your lens choice, we will replace the lenses with another material in the same prescription for no additional charge. 7. Your progressive lenses are guaranteed for comfort for 60 days from the date of purchase. If you feel that your new progressive lenses are not suited for your lifestyle or you cannot adapt to them, we will replace them with single vision, bifocal or trifocal lenses in the same material (your choice), at no additional charge. 8. The glasses you purchase at The Morgantown Eye Care Center include FREE adjustments and ultrasonic cleaning as often as you desire.

OUR "SECOND PAIR" PRICE SPECIAL: We thank you as a loyal patient by offering a 20% price reduction on any additional complete pairs of eyewear you purchase within one year! You may use this discount on additional styles of glasses (sunwear, computer pair, spare pair) or to replace lost eyewear. The most costly pair will be at regular price, with discounts taken off additional pairs. Patients who used an insurance with vision benefits for an initial pair of glasses are also invited to purchase additional pairs at 20% off. All of our normal grarantees apply to the discounted pairs.
